The cold breakfast was disappointing daily.

Had an awesome group vacation with friends! The lobby was elegant, and we enjoyed great live music on select nights. We also loved being just a 20-minute walk from lively clubs and bars. Be sure to check out all the activities at reception for a fun-filled stay!

The only downside was the slow service in the restaurant, which took a while for our meals to arrive. It could be improved for a better dining experience.

Underwhelming experience for a family trip

This place is really run down. We had issues with a room that had no air conditioning and was above a gym with loud music! They eventually moved us, but the new room had low water pressure. The buffet was hit or miss, and we had some decent breakfast options. Just don’t expect Wi-Fi in the rooms, it’s a bummer.

The pool area offered a nice escape after a long day. it’s spacious enough for sunbathing and relaxing with a drink. The ocean view from my room was breathtaking, but I had issues with the air conditioner. It barely worked, and the humidity made my stay uncomfortable at night. I found the food at the restaurant decent, though sometimes it felt like there weren’t many options available during lunch. The Wi-Fi situation was frustrating. you could only connect in the lobby, which felt limiting. I also wish the hotel had better maintenance—elevators were out of service a lot, making it annoying to navigate this property. Despite these inconveniences, the atmosphere was nice, but improvements are definitely needed.

centrally placed for beach and tropical park adventures

I enjoyed the lovely sea view from my room and the close proximity to beautiful parks and beaches, with the Main Beach San Andres Island just about 800 meters away and the Jardin Botanico de San Andres a quick 500-meter walk, perfect for my city strolls.

I recently stayed here for 6 nights, and it exceeded my expectations! The amazing views from the sea-view room and the friendly staff. Plus, the location was perfect, close to shops and restaurants.

Decent Stay, but Needs Improvement

I stayed in a sea-view room for 11 nights. The beach view was relaxing, but the noise from party boats disturbed my sleep. Onsite dining options could be better. I suggest exploring local restaurants for fresher meals. Overall, a more consistent service experience is needed.
